Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: You may return any item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including undergarments, swimwear, and final sale items.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@uptrentbyk.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item.
Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (for example, if the item is returned in a condition that is not in its original state or is damaged by the customer).
- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@uptrentbyk.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@uptrentbyk.com.
Return Shipping
- For returns due to change of mind or wrong size, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, UpTrentbyK will cover the return shipping expenses.
